Eligibility Requirements


To rent a vehicle from Exclusive Cars DXB, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old for standard vehicles (higher age requirements may apply for luxury or sports cars).
  • Hold a valid driving licence accepted in the UAE.
  • Provide the required identification and supporting documents.
  • Meet any additional requirements based on the selected vehicle category.

Required Documents


UAE Residents

  • Valid Emirates ID
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence

Tourists & Visitors

  • Passport
  • Visit Visa (if applicable)
  • Home Country Driving Licence
  • International Driving Permit (IDP), where required

Document requirements may vary depending on your nationality and UAE regulations.


Security Deposit


A refundable security deposit is required for every rental.

  • The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category.
  • The deposit may be held by card authorization or collected using another approved payment method.
  • It is refunded after the rental period, subject to the settlement of Salik tolls, traffic fines, parking fees, fuel charges, and any vehicle damage, in accordance with the rental agreement.

Rental Duration


We offer flexible rental options, including:

  • Daily Rentals
  • Weekly Rentals
  • Monthly Rentals
  • Long-Term Rentals

Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise agreed.


Vehicle Collection & Delivery

Customers may collect their vehicle from the agreed location or request delivery within selected areas of the UAE.

Delivery and collection charges may apply depending on the location.


Fuel Policy

Vehicles are supplied with a specified fuel level and should be returned with the same fuel level.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, the customer may be charged for refueling along with any applicable service fee.


Mileage Policy

Mileage limits may apply depending on the selected vehicle and rental package.

Additional mileage will be charged according to the agreed rental contract.


Salik, Traffic Fines & Parking

The renter is responsible for:

  • Salik (toll) charges
  • Traffic fines
  • Parking fees
  • Vehicle impound fees resulting from traffic violations

Applicable charges will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if necessary.


Insurance

All rental vehicles include basic insurance as required by UAE regulations.

The renter is responsible for any excess amount, uninsured losses, or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of the rental agreement.

Additional insurance options may be available upon request.


Vehicle Usage

Customers agree to:

  • Drive responsibly and follow all UAE traffic laws.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
  • Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
  • Ensure only authorized drivers operate the vehicle.

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Racing or motorsports
  • Off-road driving (unless specifically permitted)
  • Carrying hazardous materials
  • Illegal activities
  • Commercial transport without prior approval

Accidents & Breakdowns

In the event of an accident or breakdown:

  • Ensure everyone's safety.
  • Notify the police if required by UAE law.
  • Contact Exclusive Cars DXB immediately.
  • Do not authorize repairs without our approval.

A police report may be required for insurance processing.


Late Returns

Vehicles should be returned on the agreed date and time.

Late returns may incur additional rental charges. Customers requiring an extension should contact us before the scheduled return time, subject to vehicle availability.


Cancellation & Reservation

Reservations may be modified or cancelled by contacting our team.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking confirmation and timing of the cancellation.


Prohibited Activities

The renter must not:

  • Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • Drive under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
  • Smoke inside the vehicle where prohibited.
  • Remove or modify vehicle equipment.
  • Take the vehicle outside the UAE without prior written approval.

Customer Responsibility

The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in substantially the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Any damage, missing accessories, excessive cleaning, or misuse may result in additional charges.
